This is great!! I can now access my bitgold account on my iPhone. I can do everything the website does. 5 stars.
Very sexy app in every way, saving gold instead of fiat paper money will worth for retirement and next gen in long run!
I love the concept BitGold has created. Reinvented the access to Gold for anyone for savings and to protect against currency swings. Not they’ve turned Gold into money again! App doesn’t look like a bank app at all. Very modern design, and makes it easy buy gold, or pay and get paid in Gold. Pretty Good for V1

Only bug I found is the currency I switch to(CAD) doesnt save... I have to switch it back every time I open the app.
Been a happy bitgold customer for a while but found their mobile site lacking. This changes everything! Great app, very slick, easy to use. Very impressed with it especially for v1! Gives me easy access to my gold on the go!

Some bad moments

Signed up for an account, received a verification email, the email never completed the confirmation and my account was immediately disabled. Contacted support email, no response... Failure to launch.
After using the app and getting verified for bank transfers, when I try to send money from the bank the screen goes grey and the app freezes.
The App, when it works, is great. However, it freezes a lot. A whole lot.
Concept is good but the app is not acceptable at present. Credit card does not scan and you end up entering the info manually. Then even after you do that there is an error and it does not accept your payment. If you try again your account locks out for multiple attempts. Next there is a 25 GAU requirement to get a card. Well what is that? there is no explanation anywhere. I read on the site that you need to verify your account by uploading an ID, so I do so but the app does not match the website instructions for verification. there is no grey icon to indicated your account is not verified. Just a lot of inconsistencies and mixed messages. The app is going to be central to users but right now it is a good start but still rather beta / incomplete.
I dont think many people realize yet how powerful this app is, and what it will become. Transfer wealth anywhere in the world in seconds. Buy or earn a permanent asset demanded everywhere in seconds. No easier way to buy gold ever existed. No way to share, gift, or spend value ever existed. Brilliant
Not a moment to soon. Gold is on the way back and as a customer of James Turks GoldMoney Im excited about what BitGold can achieve. Or, to put it another way, what more and more people can achieve when empowered through holding and transacting in gold in this manner. Many questions to be addressed - judging by the commentaries on BitGold since its inception. That is to be expected for something like this. In the meantime, good going!
