I love the concept BitGold has created. Reinvented the access to Gold for anyone for savings and to protect against currency swings. Not they’ve turned Gold into money again! Only bug I found is the currency I switch to(CAD) doesnt save... I have to switch it back every time I open the app.

Been a happy bitgold customer for a while but found their mobile site lacking. This changes everything! Great app, very slick, easy to use. Very impressed with it especially for v1! Gives me easy access to my gold on the go!

App is great. Design, functions are all fantastic. But, it defaults to USA Dollars when ever I open it. I switch it to another currency and next time I open the app its back to US.

Great company and app is easy to use. However I can not update my default currency to CAD. Each time I try it says "updating defaults error"

This is a great mobile app that allows you to buy, save and spend gold. The latest update is missing some features and tends to lag and freeze. Please hurry with the fix.

The app would be even better if it has Touch ID verifications.

Signed up for an account, received a verification email, the email never completed the confirmation and my account was immediately disabled. Contacted support email, no response... Failure to launch.

After using the app and getting verified for bank transfers, when I try to send money from the bank the screen goes grey and the app freezes.

I think its safe to say that Goldmoney is putting in Nomoney into its app development. App never remembers my login. Its Outdated. It is clunky. Technology being applied to innovate how we use the oldest currency in the world. Unfortunately this app is stuck in the Stone Age.

The App, when it works, is great. However, it freezes a lot. A whole lot.

Concept is good but the app is not acceptable at present. Credit card does not scan and you end up entering the info manually. Then even after you do that there is an error and it does not accept your payment. If you try again your account locks out for multiple attempts. Next there is a 25 GAU requirement to get a card. Well what is that? there is no explanation anywhere. I read on the site that you need to verify your account by uploading an ID, so I do so but the app does not match the website instructions for verification. there is no grey icon to indicated your account is not verified. Just a lot of inconsistencies and mixed messages. The app is going to be central to users but right now it is a good start but still rather beta / incomplete.

My main problem is that I cannot enter the SMS code that is sent for two factor authentication. The app closes the field to enter the code when you switch over to SMS to get the code.

I downloaded the app about a month ago. Fairly easy to use. No glitches or crashes yet... I emailed support with a few questions and the emailed me back within 2 days with very thorough answers which I was very impressed. I requested my gold money card and received for free with no charge in 15 business days and it works great!! I really hope this company can stick it out for the long haul because this is such a great free market solution to devaluing fiat currencies. This has so much potential.. It really could change the world. I havent got physical delivery yet but I will edit my review if I have any problems with it. Dont know why everyone else was reviewing this app so low maybe they have fixed the problems since then. Dont know why they are still calling it bitgold though because I think they are dropping that name to just gold money.
